Dutasteride Destroying Hairline vs Just Shedding --- 3 week pictures with rapid temple recession

Hello I have been taking dutasteride (Avodart) for 47 days. The dermatologist prescribed this drug and said that finasteride is outdated and Avodart is better (here in Brazil, dutasteride is approved for hair loss at 0.5mg). I was nw1 or nw 1.5 before I started. - In the first week, the hair loss was normal, although my temples receded a little bit (I have long hair so I can hide it). hairloss is normal here. - In the second week the hair returned to normal as before using dutasteride. Everything is fine here. - In the third week my temples receded again, the hair was thinned and I lost a lot of density. One thing to note is the hairloss here is low. Now - A clump of hair down the drain. The hair now is a little bit thick and more dense. Hairline fucked up, my left temple is now nw2 and I think the right will look like that too. By the way, I'm 19 years old (full bone age) and I'm afraid of the reflex hyperandrogenecity. Do you think it's better to wait or give up? And if I give up, can I get my lost hair on temples back?
