Any ideas on my daily food? [F, 27, 242 Ib, 5’2] I still have sugar cravings

I'd swap the bread for a chicken sausage or maybe two. There are a bunch of flavors. I eat dannon light n fit when I want something sweet. Sugar free popsicles and fudgicles also help. When I want pasta or rice I use less of it (like 1 ounce/28 grams) and add protein to the sauce or stir fry. It could be lean ground turkey or chicken or just sliced chicken thighs, a few shrimp, or chicken sausage (if you dice a spicy Italian and put it into red sauce it's really good). Spindrift is my go to drink other than water or unsweetened iced tea. It's very slightly sweet carbonated water made with real fruit. They have only 3 or 4 grams of sugar per can and 12 calories.
