We are in complete agreement here. What we are disagreeing over is the full context of this situation which is unknown. We don't know what the student's accommodation(s) are, nor do we know if the student was being actively/audibly disruptive as the professor alleges (which wouldn't be covered by the accommodation).
My point remains that, yes, you could be wrong and you're making a series of assumptions based on one side of a story which the university simply won't do.
