Are you asking about the recent outbreak, or the family of viruses (that includes MERS, SARS, etc.)?

For the current outbreak, there are blog posts and facebook posts by philosophers. But there cannot be anything yet published in an academic journal since a publication process takes a long time. A professional article would need time to written (rewritten), be reviewed, and then be available online or in print. That won't happen for a while. I have seen quite a few talk about how they intend academic conferences and upcoming papers to discuss epistemic norms (fake news kills people) and about economic injustice (viruses and the effects on the economy impact the rich disproportionately) as well as how social media play into these (social media as a vehicle for social justice). I haven't seen their papers yet nor have access. I take them to be in the writing process still.
