Any tips for RC’s?

A few times a day. There was a very stressful point in my life where I was not drinking and would go to sleep for about 5 hrs. Wake up “enough”and lie on my back thinking myself in to a dream. I was lucid dreaming almost every night and the flying helped. Clocks Phones and watches are good too. We look at our phones so much maybe each time you look at your phone try to think “am I awake.” “How do I know this?” In a dream phones will glow or be impossible to use. Find something you do everyday that your brain might take into a dream. My best lucid dreaming was always after about 5 hours of sleep. Get up and use the bathroom and always on my back.
