Personally, what are some of the issues that you ladies face in the workplace that you'd like for your company to address?

With International Women's Day coming up next month, a co-worker from another department asked us (an all women team) something similar. Honestly, aside from sexual harassment, I couldn't come up with another answer.

Then again, this is my first work and, fortunately, the company I'm in is progressive. I've yet to encounter any issues and everyone's been respectful. My teammates said something similar. Everyone here's given equal opportunities and pay differential isn't an issue, as far as I'm aware.

Which is what worries me, tbh, for when I'll move to another company or firm. I've heard awful stories and jeez, how are issues like that never resolved.
