Anyone else's parents HATE when you mention moving out??????

When I was a kid, my mom would always threaten to kick me out at 18 whenever she got mad. When I was 20, she threw all my stuff outside in the middle of winter and told me to go live with my dad. I lived with him for about 5 months, during which time I saved up and got my own place. When she found out that I was planning on living independently and not to move back in with her, she started a campaign of manipulation for 5 years until I was forced to move back because she started threatening to put our 8 year old dog down if I didn't. Within 2 weeks, she gave me a concussion. I moved out again after recovering for 2 months (it took me a whole year to recover, btw. That's how bad the head trauma was).

Whatever you do, move out and do whatever it takes not to go back, no matter what they say. They will make your life hell either way, so better to be living apart rather than completely under their control where they can hurt you or worse. I would honestly rather live on the streets before I ever conscider moving back in with my mom.
