AP Human FRQs released

Can someone guess what I got on the FRQs?

1) A. I wrote about how new urbanism incorporated elements to entice people to move back into the CBD, such as mixed use development, which I defined below. (I know I got this wrong since I didn't mention anything about it making neighborhoods more pedestrian-friendly).

B. I said mixed-use development allowed many things to be in the same neighborhood, such as housing and retail, while traditional zoning more strictly adhered to "zones" that contained specific functions. I brought up the Concentric Zone Model as an example.

C. I wrote about it bringing more jobs since a more flexible environment for businesses to grow, thus revitalizing the CBD and attracting more people to stimulate the economy.

D. I said incorporating it with such traditional zoning practices in place would be difficult, and there wouldn't immediate results in economic growth and people moving back to the CBD.

2) A. Sub-Saharan Africa and Central Africa

B. Need for more workers, low gender empowerment, and it's place in the DMT (Stage 2)

C. Welfare for people with lower children, which leads to a lower NIR

D. Educating women and providing contraceptives (was going to mention one-child policy, but didn't have time), leading to lower NIR and the country potentially moving up in the DMT

3) A. Unitary state = central government, power not allocated locally; Japan is the unitary state

B. Postive = Decisions made more quickly and can be enacted to help those in need; Negative = Corruption and bias towards certain groups since beliefs are held by one central power

C. Some are governed as federal states to know who's in need and hold the interest of the people; overall make the process be in line with democracy.

Overall, I feel like some of my answers are hazy and barely will coincide with the rubric. Please be honest with what I prob got
