Seems that he is adding some MDMA or amphetamine in to your drinks.(most likely small amount of MDMA) This is not cool at all. No one should drug anyone without their explicit consent. You will be fine, just don't take drinks from him anymore and ask this question directly if he adds drugs to your drinks. In any case I would not meet this guy ever again, no matter how much you like him as he broke your trust multiple times already. You don't know what he is capable of and one day you might not just feel a bit buzzed, but will be knocked out for good and raped...
