I have preordered the first class edition from square I am based in the UK so im paying like £263 its my main christmas present and the moment I saw the news I realised it was good friday. Knowing how deliveries in the UK work I heavily suspect you won't be getting it on the Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday for that matter. Even if Saturday is a normal day with it being the bank holiday weekend deliveries will be all over the place very few will be delivered.

With that in mind I have no idea why they would send them out early as tbh the game won't be playable until midnight anyway in the exact same way you can download files for most games early so you can play at midnight release. I have emailed square and told them that i'm not planning on paying 263 quid on the chance my game "might" arrive at saturday one day late after waiting all this time and more likely that it wont arrive until Tuesday.

I don't think many people plan on paying all that money to get a game on the 5th day after a release. If i'm paying that much the game better arrive Thursday the day before so i can install and be ready for midnight or on the Friday (At worst as it might not arrive till like 5pm knowing my luck) and I have told square that if they do not guarantee that it will arrive on the 9th or the 10th in writing to me and back that up with the promise of a full refund if it doesn't I am canceling my pre-order and I urge all of you based in a country affected by this to do exactly the same.

I remember the times that pre-ordering a game meant you might actually get it a few days early and at that time in the 90's and 2000's you could actually play the game it would work. We are not even asking for that we are asking for the disk to carry out the install so we are ready to play at either midnight or hopefully not to late on Friday because of this whole mess.
