I did not say I am German, I said I am living in Germany. I did not say the attacks didn't happen, I said some people, feminists included, are saying the direct evidence for them is weak. I did not say that the victims are lying, only that people are saying it would not be the first time the right wing has lied about something like this to advance a racist cause. I did not say all of the points were equally logical, simply that they are things that I have heard leftists and feminists saying, and I repeated them when someone asked "where are these feminists saying shit like this?" The paragraph at the end is the only part which contains any thoughts that are personally mine and I explicitly state that the talking points given above have "varying degrees of logic behind them."

I don't understand why, then, people from KIA to MRAs, places which regularly cry about false rape charges, would then come out of the woodwork to call me, personally, disgusting and an enemy of feminism. As if I were some kind of betrayer of the great cause of feminism to simply repeat what I have heard some feminists say and that somehow repeating these things makes me, in the eyes of a MRA, a bad person.

This is why I can never take MRAs or Gamergate seriously. When Ghazi asked about what they believed to be mythical feminists debating the Köln attacks, I came forward to tell them about the debates I have heard and what the other side of those debates has been. Ghazi then took what I said and thought about it. Look at what everyone else has done in return. My inbox is filled with people who mention me or message me to call me a terrible person for what I did, and when I look through their post histories I find, without exception, that every single one of them posts on places like TheRedPill, where posts about women being evil and making false rape claims get upvoted daily. Where are these left-wingers calling me a disgusting pile of shit for daring to present what I've heard? Where are these leftist harassers who want to rip my head off and shit down my neck for daring to question the supposed SJW party line? Nowhere. Not a single mention or message of harassment from anyone who doesn't post in an anti-feminist echo-chamber. We all know my crime, the thing that makes these people so intensely unhappy, then, isn't that I repeated the words of people casting doubts on women claiming to have been groped. It's not even that I repeated the words of feminists casting doubts on women claiming to have been groped. It's that the words I repeated to GamerGhazi were plausible and on topic, so they upvoted and discussed the post instead of immediately burning me at the stake as a heretic like the unthinking reactionary "regressive-left" strawman feminists KIA thinks they are. My crime is that Ghazi is not full of strawmen.

I will never get why MRAs are so laser-focused on preserving the ideological purity of feminism. It's almost like they need a monolithic conspiracy-theory-level bad guy and disagreement among feminists challenges that illusion.
