Baalke: Decision to release Smith made before talking to him

You will literally never comprehend personal responsibility and not getting an infinite number of chances, will you?

You know he restructured his contract so he wouldn't get cut a few months ago right? Because of how short of a leash he was already on after being arrested 4 times, going to rehab twice, and clearly having an out of control alcoholism problem. A restructure that allowed the team to cut him if he did ANYTHING else wrong.

A FIFTH ARREST IS SOMETHING WRONG AND IN CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE CONTRACT RESTRUCTURE HE AGREED TO THAT ALLOWS THE TEAM TO RELEASE HIM WHENEVER THEY WANT

I really am fascinated by the fact that this shit is seemingly impossible for you to comprehend. Millions of people all over the world, thousands of people in this sub alone, all able to listen to, process and agree with the reasoning and decisions made by the 49ers staff in regards to a person with a clear, and public addiction problem.

But you and like 4 other dudes are just scratching the fuck outta your heads over it.

Maybe... You don't know as much about life as you think you do. Maybe You're a sociopath. Because a fifth arrest means you no longer get the privilege of the benefit of a doubt. You're just a shitty dude who won't own up to his own actions, aren't you? Because it's really starting to sound like you've gotten away with being an absolute trashy human doing the same kind of shit Aldon Smith does, and you're absolutely apalled at the idea that you may not get away with it all the time.

You're being downvoted because you're completely out of touch with humanity. You sound like an entitled, teenage, cry-baby, prick.

If you don't want to be characterized like that, stop and think before you start running your mouth and throwing tantrums.
