Andy is my favorite character but he definitely has more highs and lows than any other character on the show. I liked him when he first started in Season 3 but then he's much better after anger management. Then in Season 8 I actually like him as manager, but he starts going downhill near the end of the season (after Nellie steals his job...). In the beginning of Season 9 he is at his utter worst imo, he's just a huge dick and the writers have no reason why... then the boat trip comes and I actually like him when he returns, he is more mellow for the rest of the season up until his absolutely pathetic closing story when he tries to audition for that talent show or whatever.

Oh and I am still bitter Andy and Erin did not end up together, it was one of the biggest plot points of the show for 3 seasons and then they introduce Plop who no one likes or remembers.
