It’s on now…I’ve only ever heard bad things but never experienced it for myself

Scotts Tots is so great because it makes you sit and wallow in the absurdity of the situation. I used to skip this one too but recently watching Mulverine's Office Field Guides on Youtube gave me a fresh perspective.
Scotts Tots is the epitome of Michael coming to terms with his life decisions, his missteps, and more importantly his impulsive behaviour. It is where he is forced to face all his demons. This is the point where Michael starts to realize that his actions have consequences. It is one thing when Michael's silly plans or promises screw with the adults in the office. But this time it was children in the real world who are affected, not his employees who he has power over. And there was no way he could redeem this situation he found himself in.
I get the cringe and I know it is hard to watch, but it's worth it. When Erin tells Michael about the graduation rate, it gets me every time. It is such a wholesome dad-daughter-like moment.
