There's a link tagged "info" on the page that gives more information (Who'd have guessed?) in a popover. As it explains, if there is no bike/car/home/business/etc. involved, it doesn't fit in one of the "criminele figuren" at the top of the list.

Intimidation will probably fall under the "hoofdcategorie" "Diefstal en afpersing", depending on what the purpose of the intimidation is. Otherwise, it might be part of the category "Andere". Harassment might be a "Misdrijf tegen de lichamelijke integriteit", or "Andere", depending on the concrete case. Fights without any 'goal' could be "Misdrijf tegen de lichamelijke integriteit", but if e.g. property is damaged during the fight, it will be counted as such. If anything is stolen, or e.g. a car is damaged during the fight, it will additionally be counted in one or more of the "criminele figuren".
