Best European Country to Move To?

So first off Wow. Thank you that was a lot of good information. I'll try to clarify what I meant in regards to government and economy, but as a disclaimer I do have 1.5-2 years of undergrad left so there's time for my opinions to develop further, grow, and change.

Economy: I'm aware job outlook will be worse as an expat in Europe than an American in... well America. I'm looking for a place with good working conditions (i.e. fair treatment, decent vacation time, and time given off for either me or a spouse when it's time to think about kids), and that isn't in massive debt while still spending more money. There's a growing concern that my generation won't even get social security, despite having to pay for it for many others. I'd say something about the class gap, but this seems to be a problem everywhere. I know this is vague, but I hope it helped to clarify at least a little. I'll try to think of more specific examples. In the mean time onto Government.

Government: Hopefully I can be a little more clear here. First off, I tend to be fiscally conservative and socially liberal, if that makes sense. I'm not set in stone though as I continue to learn more about the world. For example, I think social healthcare is a good thing, despite the fact that most fiscal conservatives have the mind of "I earned this money, it's for me and my family only." For corruption, I'll just say that there's always room for improvment, but America imo is going backwards. "Get out while you can" sort of alarm going off in my head/gut. Now that that's out of the way, lets start with activities, crime policy, and involvement in other countries.

Activities: I don't smoke but I do drink. As for whether other people do that inside their own homes, I don't care as long as it doesn't directly affect me.

Crime policy: I don't think someone should go to jail for weed (marijuana if you prefer) and I think that speeding tickets are a ridiculous, but necessary for when going much more than the speed limit. Gun laws, I don't really care. If it's a safe country I won't feel the need for a gun, so no problems there. In America, well I want a gun.

Involvement in other countries: I feel most places should be neutral in regards to each other, but sometimes intervention can be necessary and justified. I.E. The current situation with ISIS.

I hope that clarified somewhat! Lastly, would you mind if I asked where you go to school and if you plan on pursuing a certificate such as a cpa or acca or equivalent?
