Its best friend must be a dog.

The gums, just under the front teeth and going up, should be more flushed pink more like the tongue. But to me it seems more white.

The inside of the ears is skin and shouldn’t be so pale and white, even in a cat that is dark and looks like a Russian blue.

The dilated eyes (big black pupils that take up nearly all the space and leave little colour) can indicate hunt and play but it’s also more likely anxiety, stress, some sort of illness. Also indicator could be high blood pressure.

The panting, although yeah it could be play and exertion like a dog - cats and dogs pant for different reasons.

Cats have other ways of cooking themselves down more effectively like when they lick themselves their saliva evaporate’s and cools them down.

Only time that the majority of cats (not all) usually pant like this is during extreme stress, illness, heat stroke etc.

Like when they are so overheated the normal ways won’t cook them down, or they have heart, circulation, lung issues and look like panting but in fact it’s more their way of gasping for breathe or coughing.

I have senior pets and always on high alert for any potential health issues.
