Black Lives Matter Protesters Leave MOA & Attempt To Shut Down MSP Airport

Try Googling it, there's literally hundreds of articles listing the names of the 12 protestors from last year's MOA protest who had their charges dropped. And based on what has historically happened here in MN at least, I'll be very surprised if any of these arrests amount to even a few hours of community service. Obviously I can't prove anything, but it's pretty damn obvious that this is due to the potential political backlash. Hell, it took weeks for our local politicians to come up with a way to stop BLM from blocking the Minneapolis marathon. An event that already shuts down a big part of the city and is difficult to police. Not to mention the fact that hundreds of people train for months to run that marathon, and BLM was talking about fucking that whole thing up for them.

However, looking at your comment history you clearly won't listen to reason and will support these idiots as they continue to put on these reckless protests.

Do you live in MN or know anyone here? FYI, most people here (including myself) sympathize with their message and supported them before. However, now that they have conducted protests shutting down highways (which blocked major routes used by ambulances to access some of the area's busiest hospitals), shut down a big part of MOA twice (which I know isn't the end of the world, but all they really do is inconvenience people trying to have a nice day out), and blocked people today from getting to flights they likely spent a lot on so that they could see family over the holidays, I can tell you they have done far more to hurt their cause than to help it.

I'm curious because you've already shown that you will comment when you have no idea what you're talking about, but it's possible you are just ill-informed, so maybe I should give you the benefit of the doubt.
