Blue to Green, they'll start by offering you critically-staffed jobs. If you get out E-5 or below you should be able to retain your rank, which can be both a great thing or terrible thing depending how you look at it.

Army Warrant Officer is another story entirely. You'll need to either re-do or convert your ASVAB, create a pretty little packet for big Army, take the SIFT test, take a flight physical, get a letter from your tests saying you're not technically retarded, get a Letter of Recommendation from either your commanders or a W-4, then put in said packet for approval. It's a long fucking process and a lot of people (particularly on the USAF side) will not feel like helping you. You'll have to do a lot on your own but it's defiantly doable.
