Bold ideas to beat Djokovic

I feel everyone has been trying to do a 'Stan' and just hit through every ball. The problem with this that it only works if you can sustain this throughout the entire match. Two cases will occur:

1) Striking extremely well with perfect placement or power. Even when Djokovic plays amazing points (due to his high level), push through to the end without faltering and pull of a 'Stan' 2) Striking anything less than well, spray errors from the get-go and allow Djokovic to dictate and thrive off your pace. This is what happened in the first 2 sets of Djokovic vs Federer in semifinals of AUS2016.

Personally, I feel you must have variety in shots and mix the pace. This is exhibited through Simon's match and the 3rd set in Federer vs Djokovic semifinal. Whenever Federer started slowing the pace without going for constant winners and utilising more slice, Djokovic pace become more bearable to handle, which allowed Federer to hit more with more consistency and have more favourable positions to hit winners. Whenever I look back at losses from Djokovic, the majority of them (excluding those where Djokovic plays horrible), Djokovic is usually frustrated by the mixed paces as he questions his belief to hit through the ball or play it safe.

Most cases where Djokovic has difficult matches but wins is usually Djokovic's ability to break down a persons belief even though he is playing well. This is usually done by Djokovic consistent returning demoralising the opposition and pulling through for the win. This case is exhibited by Kevin Anderson in Wimbledon, Murray in the French etc. This is particularly what makes Djokovic difficult to defeat when trying to execute the constant aggression tactic even when you are pulling winners everywhere and that's why Stan has been the only one to actually pull it off. Although it seemed a convincing victory, one must see this is not a realistic approach one should have against Djokovic as it only occurs rarely.
