It’s not a generalisation at all, there’s a reason a Snell rating is so hard for helmets to get. Have you seen videos of them putting a belt sander to cheap leathers vs expensive? And don’t try and say that a plastic shell cheaper helmet with basic minimal impact resistant material on the inside performs as well as even a fibreglass shell or carbon with way better impact absorption. Have you seen Koroyd?

So you’re telling me I’m wrong but you crashed and broke bones, who says if you didn’t have better gear there wouldn’t have been an outcome less severe?

So what’s the worse case scenario if I’m wrong and someone goes out and buys nice reputable gear with loads of review videos and reviews online, the guys got nice decent gear that performs great and has been proven.

If you’re wrong in telling this guy that I’m talking shit and cheaper gear is fine cause it managed to save your life once or twice and he gets into the same situation and isn’t so lucky that will be on your head.
