Bouncers of reddit, who are some of the worst you've had to deal with? Or wussed out, or needed back-up to deal with?

Oh jeeze, I have some stories. I ran security at a few clubs in both the ritzy part of town, and the college party district.

There was one guy who always came in and seemed to pick fights and then come running to us. After the fourth time in a few months where someone had a beer bottle thrown at their face, we stopped letting him come in. He was by far one of the most irritating dudes around. He would target chicks with aggro looking boyfriends, then go hit on them, then talk shit to the guy, then come running to us. It was super weird.

One of the guys I hired was on an NFL practice squad and was about 6'5, 300lbs with abs. I'm 6'2 and 220 and could normally handle myself, most of our guys were 200-250 but he was my tank. I saw him, his first night, launch a dude about 12 feet through the air with one arm, out the front door after he punched NFL Practice Squad in the face. He instantly flinched after he threw him and told me he has never really thrown or physically gone against someone NOT NFL sized. He was super mellow and had to be constantly aware of his strength after that. His whole life until that point had always been him going against other dudes on his level. The dude hopped up and immediately started fighting the cops after this, he was tazed multiple times and his girlfriend went home with one of the bouncers I worked with.

I got sucker punched pretty badly during a fight, and these pretty rough looking Mexican dudes came up that were regulars when we had the guy on the ground waiting for the cops to come over, telling us "If you take him around back we got the trunk of our caddy lined with plastic" and they were dead serious.
