Yeah that's why I asked for clarification from her because I don't 100% understand what happening? The comment chain is a complete mess, and even her comment is confusing, like you said. My interpretation was that she had a problem with people saying that being a goth wasn't the same as being discriminated against because of your religion or gender identity. I don't have a problem with the cemetery thing and I don't like the way that Black Friday was treated but I'm not a fan of her dismissing the plight of widely discriminated groups to make her point about French culture but I'm hoping that I'm wrong. I just wanted to post this here because of what the OP wrote in case someone was heading over to the sub after a tough day with everything that's been happening to avoid more further distress, assuming I was correct or someone else would see it the way I did. I also didn't get to sleep because I had to a write an essay all night so I'm maybe a bit too loopy and emotional to be judging this.
