What suggestions or coping mechanisms would you like to suggest to a person who has just been diagonosed with clinical depression?

Remember you’re a person not a diagnosis. Your challenge is to find what works best for you in creating the life of your dreams. And remember you’re not alone, the last few years have been shite for everyone across the world. People who’ve never even been close to depressed have struggled with everything that has happened. Give yourself an enormous about of warmth, attention and love, rediscover your passions and dreams in life. Start by making a list of everything you hope to see, do or experience in life. Do something simple every day that brings you joy, a walk, eating tasty food, reading something fun, watching a show that makes you laugh.
