✨welcome to trisha paytas chatter✨

I'm fully 100% biologically Jewish. I am secular, when compared to conservative/orthodox communities. I was raised going to temple (at least for holidays) and was had a bat mitzvah. I have endured anti semetic speech from friends and non friends. Those instances made me feel ashamed and bad about my identity.

Trisha's rhetoric about Jews, Jewish history, etc. in no way evokes any negative emotion from me. I find her entertaining, sometimes funny because she is politically incorrect (like a lot of comedians-- taboo things are humorous to people, I dunno the psychology behind that but I know it's true). Defining her as anti semetic seems to me a gross simplification and overlooking of actual, hateful anti semitism.
