[Build Help] My friend is challenging me to find a PC, for the same price as an Xbox one (£300), which can run games 1080p 30fps (probably more). I know it's possible, so I'd love to prove him wrong.

I recommend you check out /r/pcmasterrace's wiki builds. The Media Elite is meant to have similar performance to next gen systems. If you add Windows to the build, it comes out at under £300.
