Bungie Artist who created the Gjallerhorn, is now a senior artist at Epic Games

And his friends at Bungie sent him off warmly.

Lead artist Raj Nattam has left bungie

https://twitter.com/rnattam/status/739103537632706560 One of the lead artists (seems like a 3D model artist) has moved onto bigger and better things. If you check out his Twitter profile you'll see he's behind the models of thorn and lord of wolves, amongst others. Didn't see mention of him on this sub so I thought I'd give the guy a shoutout, cause if there's one thing that is awesome, the art and models are definitely one of them.

Plus, check out that fucking awesome thorn cake!

Please update the OP to show that he now works at V1interactive. A spiffy new studio formed by some grizzled devs. Here is a little bit of information I was able to dig up.

http://v1interactive.com/ Marcus Lehto - Co Creator and Designer of The Original Halo and all the way through Reach where he was Lead Dev. Here is his bio on the site. "A 20-year veteran of AAA games, Marcus founded V1 Interactive as a small and agile studio filled with talented and passionate developers dedicated to making great high quality games.

In addition to playing a foundational role in the creation and development of the Halo universe, he served as one of the principal creative visionaries, board member, part owner and project leader at Bungie, a studio he helped build."
