I'll do some checking but I'm sure the one-eye I tested it on was moving and attacking exceptionally slow. Additionally it bears the same debuff icon as the slow debuff caused by a spider's web spray. (which slows down all animations from moving to attacking to item use.
Good to know! I kind of wish all the elements were better explained. I don't think I've seen any in-game explanation of the mechanics of elemental debuffs. That wind debuffs sounds incredibly useful against larger enemies capable of two-shotting a player.
Honestly I've been considering dropping the Ninja act and going into Omnyo. So far the typical ninja tools (the dama bombs, kunai, etc) have been pretty wimpy. Especially considering the low-ish damage (maybe ~10% of a skeleton's health for a kunai. currently have about ~20 points in Dexterity. I hear it gets better later on though.
no idea "firearms" covered all ranged attacks. I'll have to experiment with that!
