Can I accept bribe money and immediately turn it in to the police as evidence without being charged myself?

  1. Your boss at the Shady Acres Construction Company asks you to take an envelope over to the mayor's office, and as soon as you accept it, he pulls out a badge, informs you that he is an undercover cop investigating corruption in the mayor's office, and that you're under arrest for holding an envelope of cash which says "TO: Mayor FOR: Bribes" (trickery/deceit)

  2. You work in the mayor's office, advising on city contracts. A man claiming to represent Shady Acres Developers Inc offers you money to favor his company's upcoming bid. You refuse. He shows up the next day, and you order him to leave. He shows up again with the offer, and you call the cops, who escort him out with smirks and winks. He shows up a fourth time and out of exasperation you let him give you the briefcase of money, at which point he pulls out a badge... (unreasonable persuasion)
