Vader was never a gifted duelist as Vader cause of all the prosthetics, that’s why he relied on the force much much more. As anakin he was one of the best. That’s why Vader’s style he is much slower but more powerful strikes making him good but not great. Someone with speed could take him somewhat hence why a person like Luke with little skill but much faster could keep up, Luke knew the basics and used that with his speed to fight Vader. But if you get someone who has skill and speed like peak obi wan Vader would be stomped. So meaning Luke isnt that great just average, no one really taught him besides the basics and his natural agility. So if Batman hardcore trained for a year with Palpatine and fought like he’d win easily, it’d look like dooku VS Luke and the fight would be over in less than 10 seconds Mx
