Can a doctor tell if I’m on inhaled drugs if they really wanted to (if I lied to them?)?

Its cause typically I order the Advair from out of the country in times I dont have health insurance. Sites like alldaychemist . com and inhousepharmacy . vu, etc, which dont require a prescription. The thing is with those sites is that A) Advair is cheaper and B) I can use both advair and flovent , so I go with advair. But also the thing is, ordering out of country comes with some volatility, in which customs holds the packages for many days, etc, and sometimes customs seizes the package so they have to reship the order. So thats why I keep a 6 month buffer for mental sanity to account for these roadblocks.

So thats the only reason I go with advair. Inhousepharmacy has flovent too but its a little more expensive.

And when I do have insurance, I like to order flovent (cause why be on more drugs than you have to, ideally) from Canadian pharmacies (which are really cheap, but they require an RX, meaning they require health insurance or some sort to be able to see a doctor).
