I mean, I’m a victim of rape. I understand I don’t speak for everyone but when I see someone say R word instead of rape, it deeply bothers me. It feels like the act is being hushed and shouldn’t be spoken about plainly for what it is. It’s rape, someone stuck their dick violently where, with no uncertain terms, it was told it was not going to go.

It’s like the Demi lovato thing. Okay so her triggers are diet food- but what about everyone else’s triggers? Do only the loudest people matter? I don’t get to sick my 100m followers on my local grocery store because they display wine in the cheese and bread sections.

The word are weighty, people should feel something when they hear it, and be cautious in situations about who might be listening and not expecting to hear it.
