Canada defends refugee system as Somali immigrant charged in attack

Do you accept or reject the idea that some geographical regions could have populations that have higher or lower intelligence than others? I realise that defining intelligence can be tricky and that measures such as IQ are not perfect, so let's leave what exactly is intelligence as undefined. Now, back to the point, I don't think you would disagree that some populations be taller or shorter, some can be more susceptible to certain diseases, eye colour and eye shape can differ, physical strength can differ, skin colour can differ, and so on. Heck, some breeds of dogs are smarter than others, and likewise, some are more violent. So why is it forbidden that intelligence and behavior can differ? I am not trying to discriminate against anyone, moreover every group can be expected to have their own strengths and weaknesses, so objectively no single group is better than any other.

Of course, you cannot say anything like this though, because it is deemed racist, even if the intent is not to be hurtful. Is this idea rejected on scientific grounds, or is it rejected for dogmatic reasons? I think we all know the answer.
