Can't get audio to play in PowerDVD 19

Because your device does not support Dolby audio and that is the audio format used on Blu-rays. Your audio device is, according to the web site, "OUR EASIEST WAY TO START RECORDING" and this is DRM protected audio you are trying to play through it. That is probably your answer right there. The movie studios put a lot of content protection on Blu-rays, and PowerDVD Ultra is authorized by them to decode it for you. The audio though is usually passed directly to a receiver, which decodes it. Your device does not support this.

I see on this web site ( https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-Hidden-Fortress-Blu-ray/49048/ ) that it has two video streams. Try changing the audio output to LPCM Mono, see if that works. Your device won't support the DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 from Dolby for the reasons I mentioned.
