I think it's partly due to not being able to handle delayed gratification likely due to phone addiction. Some become too accustomed to getting quick responses, if anyone they want to talk to doesn't respond quick enough, it makes them a combination of worried and angry. Worried that the person doesn't actually like them that much and angry that they aren't responding quick enough. In this case, if she didn't really like the guy on the date they had, she likely wouldn't care and her replies to him may be brief. Since she did, she freaks out and posts long replies. Regardless, she needs to work on that or she'll keep scaring people off like this. Easier said than done and she may find a guy she likes that puts up with this at some point.
