Carla's Response to the BusinessInsider article (Includes alleged email from the article)

I didn't say her email was aggressive. I said her singling out this person and saying "your name specifically came up" is a great way to start work place drama. And it did start that, you cannot say it didn't because obviously it happened.

And their response to that was "well they were too sensitive and need therapy (in another comment chain)". So not only did they refuse to see how this obviously was not the best course of action, they called them sensitive and needed therapy in the middle of broader discussion calling for changing hostile and toxic corporate work environments. Can you put these things together? Maybe they maybe related, no?

They also implied, like you, that I must have never worked a professional job before because of my observation of reality I'm not even going to break down the implications of that but this might be a great moment for you to think about it. But you do understand that saying, "This is poor management and a way to start work place drama" is literally true in this instance? That it's not even especially my personal, subjective opinion but the observable outcome that happened in reality as a result of the words used in that email. The opinions here are: too sensitive, needs therapy, no big deal etc plus the inserting of words into my mouth like "this isn't aggressive" when I literally didn't say it was.

When you hear the BA employees talking about a toxic work environment, feeling unsupported, excluded, bullying etc. what do you think they might mean? What do you think the words, attitudes and behaviors that lead them to feel that way might have looked like? Do you think they are all too sensitive and need therapy and have never worked in a professional environment before?

You don't need to answer me, I'm moving on but I hope you think about all of this.
