Kinda funny, but my initial response was to join in on the outrage. Then I chatted with Payton a bit who set me straight to thinking objectively again. There is enough information to have concern and a need to get more information. S&B could have done a better job of how they responded to this of course. But seriously... this is a 1.0 version product. It's their first advanced Volcano product. Big change from previous versions. If you pay attention at all to how things go with new product releases (cars, mobile phones, websites, etc.) they all problems initially. Of course you try to get all bugs worked out before the release date, but many issues you're not going to be able to find out until you get a bunch more people using it.
