Cat bit my friend’s daughter, feeling ashamed/embarrassed.

She really wanted E to feel comfortable in her home, but what would’ve probably made her the most comfortable would’ve been keeping her in one room and letting her get settled instead of introducing all the cats on the first night before E even started eating. I don’t want to feel irritated with my friend because I know her intentions were good and I feel guilty for putting all this stress on her when she was helping me out. I’m also to blame - I knew better from a cat behavioral standpoint from being on this sub and binging Jackson Galaxy, but I didn’t want to come across as lecturing or micromanaging, especially to someone with cats of her own. I’m glad everyone got out relatively unscathed, and I’ve definitely learned a lot from this.
