3&1/2 month kitten won't stop biting

Definitely need a lot of toy play time so she can take it all out on something inanimate and she won't become conditioned to act that way with human hands as often. As is with her age she is not doing it to be negatively aggressive. It's easy for our furry friends to do their play fighting/killing on us at a young age since they are away from the siblings they would normally be rough n' tumble with - after all they are predatory animals so for them its time to practice catching lizards/birds/mice. So, redirect it to toys. As for the time outs and squirt bottle idea: Cats don't really have the capacity to understand punishment in the way a child would. It will just make her scared and stressed out, in which she could then become aggressive in a bad way when she's older.
