Cerave Changed their Formula (Proof)

I read a comment from a mom on a babycentre website who said she had been applying cerave to her baby as it is the only thing that agrees with her babys sensitive skin. She said that she recently picked up a new bottle with the updated packaging and she said when she applied it to her baby, her skin became rashy...she too is wondering if there wa

s a formulation change.

I have given them the batch numbers before, they never said anything about it being a bad batch though...Actually, I'm pretty sure on one of the newer ones there was no batch number...though I would have to double check. I find it odd also. I read a review from a lady who said she has used cerave pm for several years and brought a new bottle with the new packaging. She too said that it all of a sudden stung and irritated her face and that she can no longer use it anymore. Very strange... contextfull comments (7)reportmark unreadreply post replyCerave Changed their Formula (Proof) from A_Sexy_Muffin via /r/SkincareAddiction/ sent 16 hours ago Not discrediting you at all, but are all of the new look bottles from the same batch/lot? Cerave might have had a problem and not known about it(or have/know). I find it unlikely for them to not be straightforward with a reformulation, but I don't think it impossible...very strange. contextfull comments (7)reportmark unreadreply post replyCerave Changed their Formula (Proof) from chocolaterose via /r/SkincareAddiction/ sent 16 hours ago Hey, thanks for responding :) I have not broken out at all from cerave ever, but the bottles with the New Look are causing me irritation. I have never used Cerave in the jar, only the ones in the pump bottles so it can't be contamination. Because the bottles with the new packaging were giving me irritation, I was able to find some bottles with the old packaging at my local grocery store. When I used the bottles with the old packaging, my skin returned back to normal with no irritation, whereas the bottles with the new packaging cause me irritation. contextfull comments (7)reportmark unreadreply post replyCerave Changed their Formula (Proof) from The_BusterKeaton via /r/SkincareAddiction/ sent 16 hours ago I began to use the new bottles, within a week my face was red, irritated, flaky, dry, and my eyes stung, burned, and felt sore and strained. How is it that the new look bottles are giving me irritation and the old look bottles are not? I have called Cerave a few times telling them the old bottles give me irritation and the new ones do not I called them again last week and this time I was not very nice, I told them to give me a solid reason as to why the old bottles cause no irritation and the new ones do. What is your story? Because you've switched up old and new too many times in your post. Also, where is your proof? You don't have pictures or an ingredients list or a verbal confession, written confession... Sorry you're breaking out. contextfull comments (7)reportmark unreadreply
