I dont really see the issue other than Koil playing god and spawning them in. The LSD thing I think was to let the cops have fun for an hour or so and to show that SOPs and DOJ have not rules or laws against it. That'll certainly change, I hope. But I do think that the LSD should be left alone by god powers since it's giving Kiwo and Windsong and Mel and the Goths RP. And I dont see the big deal about parachutes. They know that people are going to use them and then that's one and done. Good time had. CG either uses them to have fun or they use them on a heist, which will create hopeful fun time for the cops and crims. What do parachutes do that would break the meta? So few crims can fly a heli, base jump off the construction site? That'll work on the cops once but I think that taking a dive off a tower in the city is going to take an incredible amount of skill.
