Chances of getting into a T15 Law School?

Just do well on the LSAT.

As an aside, your career goals seem more prestige chasing than anything else. Wanting to argue a specific type of first amendment case in front of SCOTUS isn’t a real job. The only two groups of people who ever really argue in front of SCOTUS at all are ELITE academics (like HYS+maybe CLS and UChi professors) and senior appellate lit partners at DC firms. It’s an insanely small group of people who have excelled at everything they have touched for their entire lives.

Honestly, if you just want to make a political impact, look for avenues outside of law school. You have an incredibly strong resume and you can find something else to do.

I think the “would you like being a normal attorney” test applies here. Whenever someone says they want to go to law school, I ask them if they would be ok being an average lawyer making 70K. Not that they would have to do that of course, but if you don’t want to do the work of a normal attorney you probably shouldn’t go to law school. “I only want to be a lawyer if I can X” isn’t a healthy career attitude. You should enjoy the research orientation and ability to use critical thinking skills. Wanting to ultimately argue a case in front of SCOTUS is a perfectly fine dream, but wanting to argue a very specific type of case routinely in front of SCOTUS tells me you’re either prestige chasing or want to have a political impact, and not be a lawyer.
