No, it isn't "factually free speech". Free speech isn't this weird metaphysical concept where as long as someone technically can move their mouth and tongue, they possess it. Free speech manifests in the real, practical ability to share your ideas without other people screaming over you so nobody can here.

It might be the reality of modern free speech that wokes are too intolerant to listen to someone who disagrees with them without banshee screeching over them. If you leave your wallet on the seat of your car in some neighborhoods, reality is that you will get robbed. That doesn't mean the reality is right, or that the perpetrators should not be punished.
