Chase Ink+ appears to finally be dead

Apologies if this should go elsewhere, but with the Ink + applications about to disappear, I figured I'd ask here. If not appropriate, I'll post in newbie thread.

How likely is Chase to give me a business card for an actual LLC with its own TIN but $0 revenue? I created the LLC last year, but the business never got off the ground. I still have a lot of personal credit capacity -- my total credit card limits are less than half my income, and I just reduced one of my Chase card limits from $34k to $10k -- and I'm about to open a Chase personal Premier Plus checking account ($300 bonus; will do Premier Platinum if they'll give me the bonus for that), and a personal savings account ($150 bonus), in case that matters.

Right now I'm 3/24 (including CSR and Fairmont, both obtained earlier this month). Assuming I care only about the sign-on bonuses and not MS (i.e. I don't plan to buy a bunch of GCs at office stores), should I try for the Ink + (if still alive) followed by the Ink Preferred (in-branch for waived AF)? If I go for both, how long should I wait between them? If there's no chance of getting both, I'd just try for the waived-AF Ink Preferred.

Regarding applying for both the Ink + and the Ink Preferred, should I be wary of this language on the application?

Replying to this offer: ... Chase cardmembers who currently have or have had a Chase credit card in any Rewards Program associated with this offer, may not be eligible for a second Chase credit card in the same Rewards Program. Chase cardmembers currently receiving promotional pricing, or Chase cardmembers with a history of only using their current or prior Chase card for promotional pricing offers, are not eligible for a second Chase credit card with promotional pricing.

Thanks!
