Child porn case dropped to prevent FBI disclosure | US prosecutors have dropped a case against a man accused of using a child porn site because the government refused to divulge how it revealed his identity

haha the downvotes :P

I know people won't agree with me, but I actually would argue that this is not always the case; Sure, in most cases there is probably no consent (especially in abuse), but I do not believe that ALL underage girls/guys are blameless and innocent.

I went to middle/high school in a city in Asia, and when was in 8th grade, after PE, the girls in my class would ALWAYS run behind the archery fences and talk about which college or senior boys they fucked at the last weekend party. These girls were in 8th grade. -_-

In my last year there, there was a girl who was 12-13 that would sleep around with guys, then tell her mom she was raped. Her mom would then hire investigators and call the police and try to get money from the family through litigation. It happened 3 times before I graduated.

When I was a sophomore, one of the girls in my English class was failing hard, she tried to sleep with the teacher to get an A. This girl was 15.

You tell me if there is zero consent. Some girls/guys know FULL well what they are getting into, fully understand what sex is and still continue to make that choice. Sure if the girl/guy is like 8 years old, I agree, no way to consent, but when young kids approach the ages of 11-13, when they start learning sex-ed and learning more about their bodies, to blindly say that just because someone is underage, therefore she has no ability to consent, is crazy. Every person is different, and pending environment, life-experience and education, can mature at different rates.

Just my two cents. Here come the downvotes.
