Daily Q&A and Discussion Megathread - March 30, 2021

My younger brother is having his first jab today. Even though it’s not reached his age group yet he’s eligible because the person he lives with and cares for is high risk from covid. Would they ask him for proof of eligibility? He has a universal credit statement which states an extra allowance because he’s the main carer for someone if asked but that is it.

Secondly, they both recently moved to a different county and haven’t registered at a new surgery yet. However, it allowed him to book the vaccine using the postcode he’s registered with but booking the jab at a location closer to their new home. I am right in saying he should be okay in that case?
