See, you can tell you’ve won, because other Redditors have downvoted me. Glad you didn’t just ignore my comment and decided to engage in an argument about something so arbitrary. Now when I see my kids typing words like “tryna” and other ridiculous things (that are also NOT local accents), I will let them know that they have you to be thankful for… because up until now, I’d foolishly been trying to teach them somewhat correct usage of grammar (to the best of my ability).
