That guy was harassing a stranger, sticking his nose in someone else's business and made a threat. He recorded the woman without her permission, which is creepy, provocative, and violates her privacy. You can't just go around filming strangers.

She had good reason to be concerned because he made a threat: "I'm going to do what I want and you're not going to like it."

It's an irrefutable fact that suspects in violent crimes are disproportionately black to a significant extent. In New York, 62% of suspects for murder and non-negligent manslaughter are Black and 31% are Hispanic. Blacks make up 23% of the city's population and Hispanics represent 28% of the population.

Whites make 33% of the city's population and Asians represent 14% of the population, yet they're only 5% of suspects in violent crime in New York are either White or Asian.
