My sister in law's mother has MS, I've known her for 7 years now. Her face is constantly changing and over the years has an almost 'tight' plastic look, including her eyelids. Her disease has been rapidly progressing and I've noticed in the last few months she's had difficulty speaking and blinking due to muscle mobility.

She's on a whole range of medication, and I'm assuming the symptoms (spasms, stiffness, muscle mobility issues) as well as the medication (steroids, immunosuppresants) are contributing factors.

The country I live in also had a very famous rugby player, Joost van der Westhuizen, who passed from MS as well. He was quite vocal about his struggles and you can also note the facial tightness and muscle mobility in his face with the disease progression on Google pictures as well.
