Cleaning up Space Trash.

Sure, but they ARE planning at least one either way, so while it would definitely be more difficult it should be far from impossible. and launching shit into space ain't cheap, it would be a better use of their time to plot out advanced orbital paths than it is to have to construct new drones for every piece of space garbage they expect to collect.

Look at it this way, with a drone like this each piece of space garbage will cost [DRONE CONSTRUCTION COST]+[LAUNCH COST]+[PLANNING COST], if they planned to hit multiple pieces of debris while up there it would be ([DRONE CONSTRUCTION COST]+[LAUNCH COST]+[PLANNING COST])/[AMOUNT OF DEBRIS DEORBITED].

On a purely cost-effectiveness and time-management level it makes more sense to go for multiple, even if the planning time increases significantly as a result.

Of course, it is an awareness campaign, so cleaning up orbital space themselves isn't actually their priority, raising awareness is. but honestly at this point I am less willing to support cleaning up orbital space than I am mad at their inefficient implementation of this. This is the equivalent of a safe-sex awareness campaign where your primary activity is giving out condoms but you only give out one, and it has a hole in it.
